Happy New Year and welcome back after the holiday break!

I’m just back from our weekly project team meeting and all kinds of exciting things are happening. NSTAR, our electric company, arrived on site yesterday and delivered our 3 transformers. They are in place in the basement vault and today NSTAR workers are pulling the wires from the street and from our electric utility room to connect them. We hope to have permanent power soon!

The framers are back at work installing the kiln room and office walls.

There is new ductwork in place for heating in the handbuilding classroom.

The electricians are running conduit for lights and switches in the main classroom.

The small wheel classroom is getting a new subfloor.

Three new Bailey gas kilns have been ordered – they are scheduled for delivery late March.

    Wow! Jeez!
Power, gas, kilns and ceilings we can’t touch with arms all akimbo in Ceramic Exuberance!

Thanks so very much for keeping it all on the move, Lynn!

Happy New Year Mudflat! This is all very exciting.
