This past week was good weather for working on the roof. They’re up there stripping off the old tar and gravel and will lay down insulation and a new rubber roof. They also cut the opening for the clerestory and started building the structure for the windows and roof.

They were digging up the sidewalk and street to bring in the new utilities – water, sewer, gas and electric.

And laying out the studios on the 2nd floor…
