We have stairs!! They don’t go anywhere yet, but check back next week. And they have started to install the metal decking – Tony says the concrete will be poured for the second floor next week.

Nearly done with the beam installation. And the round window in the 2nd floor lounge area has been removed to make way for the balcony and glass wall with doors.

Excavation continues for the remainder of the footings – this means lots of digging and moving piles of dirt around. Yesterday they put up the forms for the elevator shaft below grade and the concrete was poured too.
